"What do I love most about my job? It’s playing an important role in our guests’ holiday experience. As a Centre Manager, you represent the tour operator’s brand and are responsible for the quality of the guest experience on-site. From welcoming them on the first day to their departure, we are everywhere at once: available, organized, and efficient.

I’ve had the chance to travel to many countries: Lapland, Tenerife, Mexico, Greece, Crete, and Zanzibar. Each of these experiences has helped me discover more about myself and has given me memories I will never forget.

"I have been working in the tourism entertainment sector for about ten years. I started as a versatile entertainer before progressing to roles with more responsibility, eventually becoming a Guest Representative two years ago.

When I began in 2014, I was fortunate to work for a leading company in the sector, where I met the managers who would later found Travelanim. Having already worked with them, trust was immediate. Their human and professional approach made the transition natural when the opportunity to join them arose.

Moving from Entertainment Manager to Guest Representative marked a significant step in my career. Today, I hold a key position, combining operational rigor and strategic vision: managing guest flows, monitoring quality with the hotel, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with standards, all while upholding the company’s image that I represent, with one central goal: guest satisfaction."

"Thanks to Travelanim, I completed my BTS internship at Eretria Resort & SPA Hotel in Greece as a versatile entertainer / Public Relations staff, responsible for guest reception and quality monitoring.

This four-month experience allowed me to discover both the professional world and the tourism industry. My role involved resolving any issues guests might encounter, answering their daily questions, and providing departure schedules for the airport. I was the interface between the guests and our local operator.

These tasks helped me develop my interpersonal skills, learn to organize myself, handle guest stress (and my own), stay patient, and above all, keep smiling no matter the situation. In short, it was an amazing experience in a beautiful setting, with the added bonus of participating in entertainment activities and evening events.
